We are a Christian family located in Lake Ridge, VA. We live in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. We are very respectful and friendly people. The house is located right next to I-95 (1.5 miles) and next to a shopping center, restaurant etc. We are looking for someone to rent out the entire basement to in a single family house, which is available for rent for $1,000/month!

This includes all utilities, internet and use of the kitchen, washer, dryer and other common areas. You will also have access to a fridge and freezer. The basement has its own private bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one large bedroom with a walk-in closet and a smaller bedroom), and 2 common areas that you can use for a living room or other purpose. This will all be an unfurnished area.

Somos una familia christina ubicada en Lake Ridge, VA. Vivimos en un barrio muy agradable, tranquilo y seguro. Somos gente muy respetuosa y amable. La casa está ubicada justo al lado de la I-95 (1.5 millas) y al lado de un centro comercial, restaurante, etc. Estamos buscando rentar el basement por $1,000 al mes! Esto incluye todos los servicios públicos, uso de la cocina, lavadora, secadora y otras áreas comunes.También tendrá acceso a una nevera y congelador. El basement tiene baño privado, 2 habitaciones (1 habitación con un closet bastante espacioso (walk-in). Además tiene 2 áreas comunes que se pueden usar para living room y otros. El basement estara vacio y sin muebles.
