About the room
Large bedroom with private 1/2 bath in Encinitas duplex, a block from the beach by moonlight!
Our place has a yard, upstairs/downstairs, 1.5 bathrooms, is pretty spacious. We have w/d in unit and our water is paid for. It’s fully furnished, but we would be happy to include some of your stuff too, if that makes sense.
We have 1 covered car park, otherwise use street parking, and have an outdoor storage unit.
No lease, the whole complex is month-to-month.
The complex we live in is also a very fun and social community! We love our neighbors.
We unfortunately are not allowed to have pets! No exceptions.
About the roomies
Myself and my roommate (both female, mid/late twenties) are looking to fill a room in our home, and are sad to see our current roommate go. We would prefer another female roommate. I am an animal trainer and my roommate works in swimwear design.
We like to laugh and have fun, and are pretty active. Our current roommate is lovely, so our hopes are high for another kind and fun roommate.
