East 82nd Street

Looking for a roommate to fill our true 3br/1ba on the Upper East Side. We’re in a walk up on the 3rd floor (2 flights of stairs) with an 11lb washer/spin dryer, roof access and TONS of natural light. We’re a few blocks from the 86th St express 4/5/6 stop and a block from the 83rd/2nd Q entrance. There are tons of amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance including Emmy Squared and Levain Bakery a block away. We’re only a few blocks away from the Met and Central Park in one direction, and Carl Schurz Park and the East River in the other! The room is available due to one roommate moving out of the country. Her bedframe (which easily lifts up and allows for lots of storage), full length mirror, and bedside table can all come with the room for free! Bills are separate but WiFi is $24 and Electricity/Gas is less than $50 per month.

Your roommates will be a 26 year old female engineer and a 27 year old female publicist. The publicist loves reading, cooking, and keeping up with pop culture. The engineer loves traveling, going out for drinks, and exploring new restaurants. We’re both fans of tanning on the roof, Bachelor watch sessions, board games, and frequent taco and marg nights.
