About the room
The unit is fully furnished except for the available bedrooms. This unit has its own dedicated laundry in the basement, along with ample storage space. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated, with new dishwasher and large sink, along with new paint and refinished floors. The back of the house offers a brand new balcony and shared backyard. We are minutes away from Whole Foods, Eastside Market, and Walgreens, and about a 20-minute walk from campus (there is also a bus line that goes straight to campus about two blocks away). The house is extremely sunny and spacious!
