Copper Beech is a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone! It has great amenities such as a 24 hr gym, a swimming pool, and a tanning bed. In addition to that, it is located in a nice area right behind Sierra Vista mall and is only minutes away from Old Town Clovis. The staff here and all of the people that I have met through living at Copper Beech are wonderful. My bedroom is a part of a 3 story, 4 bed, 4.5 bath with the bathroom being inside your bedroom, and a guest bath on the main floor. Each space comes with plenty of storage, with good size closets & hallway closets as well. Base rent is $580, water and sewage is the additional $10. Reserved/covered parking also available for a small fee. These rooms are super spacious, and I have no complaints about my time spent here!

Currently, I am a Fresno State student majoring in animal science. It is my third year living in Fresno, and this year I have the opportunity to move into a house. The three roommates that will continue to live here are also Fresno State students and are very clean and friendly. Moving in originally, I did not know any of my roommates or anyone living at the complex, but because Copper Beech is great at roommate pairing, they are now they are some of my best friends that I will keep for life!
