Garage has a workout area. House has a side private outside porch. You can have guests anytime, just be respectful of the house and other occupants. Utilities are included in rent, which is due 1st of the month. Includes A/C, Heat, gas, Electric, water, trash, Hi-Speed Wi-Fi. The room is about 110 sq. ft. with closet. Military friendly household. Single occupant only - sorry no couples. Proof of employment and background check is required. I will ask you to sign a roommate agreement.
