Currently available for rent is a secondary room, unfurnished. (The twin bed shown in the picture is what the previous homeowner had in the room.) The bathroom is shared with another two ladies. My house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bonus, 2 and a half baths. It’s a 2 car garage, washer and dryer included. All four spaces are rented, rooms are located in the second floor. Kitchen, formal dining, living room, breakfast nook, powder bathroom and laundry room are located in the first floor. All four housemates split utilities evenly. I am a single lady, I like to live a healthy lifestyle and cook at home on a regular basis. I workout most days of the week. On normal times (pre-COVID), I go to the office 4 or 5 days of the week. I am big on family, so I will be out of the house probably for a good bit on weekends. People describe me as caring, compassionate, bubbly. I am between an introvert and an extrovert. Spanish is my first language and I like Spanish music. I respect other people and expect respect from the other people, especially if you decide to live with me. I like a clean house, so I would like for you to be clean and tidy with your room and bathroom. I do not do drugs and I do not smoke. I do not want overnight guests. Currently I have one roommate that owns a cat.
