I am a single woman no children with dogs. You must love dogs, smoking outside is okay.

Rent is $900 per room includes utilities, I have only one room for rent for one person and an office for rent is optional $1200 with the office. All furnished.

The home is a split plan home , you would live in the back portion, I will be in the front half, we would share the Kitchen and common living area’s.

Back yard is on conservation area, large patio with fire pit, shade and outdoor furniture. Home has camera system and is in an upscale safe neighborhood.

You are also responsible for your own food (Do not eat mine) and cleaning after yourself (Wipe down counters when you get it dirty, wash..not rinse out your dishes when finished.) I will not eat your food nor will I expect you to clean after me. I prefer no shoes in the house.

I enjoy a positive , fun , out going personality. I’m not into drama or people who have anger management issues. No control freaks or know it all’s please.
