I just rented a 2bedroom/2bathroom (1385 sq. ft) condo in West Hartford and am looking for a roommate. The room available is $950 with heat and water included (electricity/internet will be split evenly). You will also have your own private bathroom! (not en-suite).

The complex has a pool (temporarily closed due to COVID), a gym, assigned storage unit, and a laundry facility that is well kept. An assigned off-street parking spot is also included.

The complex is located in a great location that is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bus stops (~9 min walk to blue back square, ~6min walk to Whole Foods).

I moved to CT last week and just started an optometry residency in the Veteran Affair’s Medical Center. My main focus is my residency so I will probably be studying the majority of the time but would definitely be down to grab a drink, watch a Netflix movie, etc. whenever I’m free. My bf lives in NY so I may be gone some weekends. He will also occasionally visit me. I would like for the common areas to be kept clean, but other than that, I’m a pretty chill roommate!
