Northeast 54th Street

We are 15 minutes walk from University Village and 10 minutes walk from the University of Washington. Very convenient for UW students. You never have to fight for bathroom space or shower time. There are tracks around that are great for working out or just taking a nice stroll. Social functions around the neighborhood makes this a fun place. However, we are not a party house. No smoking, drugs, or excessive use of alcohol is permitted.

Utilities are not included. Usually runs around $75 a month depending on use and number of tenants.

This room is not very private. Sound travels pretty well throughout the house. This room is just a few feet away from the entrance.

This is a house of God, all are welcome. We are more mature than the average UW student, both in age and in attitude. In general, we are pretty quiet, but not so the case for our neighbors when they’re partying. The closest thing we have to partying is the dinner party.
