About the room
Our 3000 sq ft home sits against a nature reserve with a creek, lakes, green belts and walking trails. Close to college, shopping and the metro. Our family lives part time out of state, a dog is ok if the fit is right, and we do have two dogs and a cat.
About the roomies
A family of three, we travel between this home, and our home our of state. We are sometimes gone for weeks at a time, so we prefer a renter who lives and works in the area. Furnished or unfurnished.
