Private bedroom with attached private bathroom. I’ve already furnished most of the rest of the house, and there’s a washer/dryer in the basement. Decent sized front and back yard, along with decent sized decks for both. The house is relatively new (built in 2010), and has mid range appliances. Living room and dining room get lots of natural light and are comfortable to hang out in.

I’m pretty clean, I tend to keep to myself (although I’d be happy to be friends, I’m not antisocial) and I love nights in with a good movie and some snacks. I’m a bit of a nerd, I read copiously, and I LOVE makeup. I’d really prefer a female/femme identifying roommate. I’m very political and VERY left leaning, and I’d be most comfortable with someone who has similar leanings.
