Looking for a roommate to share a 2/1 a block away from the beach! The room will be available June 1st. Rent is $875 (does not include utilities). No Pets.

The apartment is great! It is 1,360 sqft and has a lot of living space. It is centrally located between Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach, and is in an active neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The apartment comes with dishwasher and washer/dryer hook up. The living space is already furnished but the bedroom will not be. The beach is a 3 minute walk and there are many nature trails and places for outdoor activities near by. Ideally, I am looking to live with a young professional or graduate student. I am very focused on my career, so I need a roommate who does the same. I work from home a lot, so I need the house to be relatively quite. No parties or too many people over at one time. If you really enjoy the beach, being outside, and are focused on your career, then this will probably be a perfect place for you to live!

I am a 33yo male college instructor who is very committed to their profession. I am looking for a graduate student or young professional to live with who is clean, responsible, and career focused. I need someone who will not party or have people over on week nights (I do not mind on the weekends). I am a very active person who enjoys surfing and other out door activities. I also have an indoor cat who is sweet and gentle, so I need someone who is friendly with pets. The landlord needs to meet any potential pets before signing the lease.
