Looking for a roommate in Gunter. Single story house with all appliances, including washer/dryer. There are currently 2 females living in the house. 2 dogs are living here so must be okay with dogs.

There is a $250 security deposit.

The master bedroom with a private bath and hallway is $700 a month.

There is another room with a shared bathroom which is $625 a month.

Utilities Separate- Water, Electric, the alarm system, and the Internet. (Average 90/month)

Move-in date for August 1st.

Kitchen, Living Room, Study/Office, Laundry Room, and Outside (Backyard) are shared areas.
