In Wesley Chapel: Hi, I have a room available for rent for $850, with all utilities included. The room is fully furnished with a private bathroom. The room is on the second floor. The house is 2,800 square feet, so it is very spacious and has extra storage space in the kitchen and laundry room for your belongings. I have a very friendly cat, and I can’t take in any other pets. She loves people, so you must be an animal lover/ non-allergic!

The first month of rent (will prorate if needed) plus a $500 refundable security deposit is due upon moving in. I am looking for a FEMALE roommate who is clean, easy-going, & considerate. Please do not message me if you’re a male.

Minimum of a 3-month lease term, one person per room only, non-smoking, with proof of employment, and a clean background. Currently living in the house are my sister & I. I work from home, and my sister works 9-5, M-F, and goes to school in the evenings during the weekdays.

Amenities in the area: 10 minutes from the highway, 2 hospitals, ER right outside the neighborhood, Walmart, Publix, Walgreens, Krates at the Grove, movie theatre, Wiregrass Mall, tons of restaurants, farmer’s markets during the weekends, Tampa Premium Outlets, plenty of gyms, etc. About a 35 minute drive to downtown Tampa. Safe and friendly neighborhood.
