Hello! I have decided not to return to campus in the fall and need someone to fill my fully furnished premium double room ASAP. I WILL PAY THE INCOMING TENANT A $2,524.18 INCENTIVE after the lease is signed to cover the security deposit and the first months rent. Premium Double Room $1224.18/month + $125 utilities (includes cleaning communal areas almost daily, fast wifi, free coffee in the kitchen) I am looking for a female student to sign a new lease in a premium shared room for the upcoming year (10 month lease from Fall 2020-Spring 2021, ends in May). It is at 2425 Propect street in a brand new house in one of the safest parts of Berkeley. It is near the Clark Kerr Campus and many hiking trails. It is right down the road from the Stadium and a super short walk from campus. Some of my favorite amenities include: -MANY free washers/dryers on your floor -A large, shared kitchen on the first floor -Indoor and outdoor study areas -A partial kitchen on the second floor -Vaulted ceilings (the room is on the third floor) -In-room mini fridge -A very high bathroom:student ratio, each floor has about 10 bathrooms This room is offered through The Berkeley Group, and you can find more amenities and scroll through more pictures on their website. Almost all residents are UC Berkeley students. If you are social, you can socialize, if you are introverted, you can keep to yourself. There is a diverse community that is welcoming to everyone.
