Marisa's room

This property is a hidden gem in the hills of San Marcos. It’s a spacious 3 bed, 2 bath, 2,544 sqft home. There is tile throughout the main living area as well as both bathrooms and wood vinyl in the bedrooms. It has tall ceilings, an open floor plan style, and a very cozy feel to it. There are a ton of beautiful windows that allow for lots of natural light, walk in closets in all bedrooms, and a pretty amazing shaded and fenced backyard. It also has a 2-car garage with a large driveway and plenty of storage throughout the house. All appliances are provided/updated and we have a washer and dryer. The house does come unfurnished but you would only really need furniture for your individual room. The neighborhood is student friendly and located about 7 minutes from Texas State University. The bus stop to campus is a 30 second walk from the front door and the mail boxes are in front of the property.

My roommate Grace and I have been living together for the past two years and have been friends since high school. We both work full time and are in school. A little bit about me is that I love to take pictures on film and partake in the devils lettuce. I drive a ‘66 beetle and enjoy the simpler things in life, like meeting new people and animal crossing. We are both very easy goin gals who stay clean, like to have fun, and spend our free time painting or at the river. We have a 1 yr old cat named Indi who won’t be a bother and is litter box trained - might be the coolest dude you ever meet. There are two bedrooms that share the second floor, and one bathroom for the two of them. I am very clean and don’t mind sharing the bathroom, I also work at Marshall’s so I got the hook up on cute bathroom accessories.
