Private room for rent in a new 3 bed 2.5 bath condo in Lakeside VA. All bills paid and only a 10-minute drive from downtown Richmond!
The unit is fully furnished. The room is unfurnished. Private bathroom, sink, cabinets, and drawers. Common storage areas will be divided three ways; refrigerator, freezer, pantry, hall closets, and garage. Full access to all common areas.
Amenities include new stainless steel appliances, vinyl flooring, granite countertops, high-speed internet, recycling, and a security system.
Minimum 6-month lease. Rent is negotiable depending on the length of stay. A refundable security deposit of 1 month’s rent is required to secure the room. A free background check and credit check are required prior to signing the lease.
Rent covers water, electricity, sewage, trash, recycling, internet, security system, renters insurance, cleaning supplies, and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues).
No pets and no smoking allowed. In-person viewings are available.
About the roomies
I am a young male working professional. My wife and I are in the master bedroom. We also have a guest bedroom that guests are welcome to use.
