All utilities are included in rent, which includes electric, gas, trash, water, HOA, internet, hulu live, and netflix Both rooms come with an assigned parking space in the garage I’m working on finishing up furnishing the living room dining and kitchen. But you won’t have to buy a single pot or pan, instant pot or whatever. I put together a fully functioning house to live in!

Condo in La Jolla between the 5 and 805 free way and a stones throw away from UCSD. Close shopping and parks, the neighborhood is very quiet.

I the room available is the master bedroom

The master is 21×11 with large French doors. Has two large closets, could probably fit two beds in the bedroom if you wanted to. The master has its own bathroom with a newly tiled shower and extra storage in the bathroom. Room comes with black out curtains that really do the job!

The condo has an outdoor patio with lots of plants in front which gives it an incredible amount of privacy. Outdoor storage closet. New appliances in the kitchen with granite tile counter tops. Laundry is in the condo. Large living room and dining room space. Hardwood floors in the main area

I’m an older student (25F). I’m finishing my lower level stuff at Palomar before transferring to UCSD. Trying to save a couple bucks. Im a pretty happy person no reason to stay upset for long periods of time got more important stuff to do. I can easily accept different lifestyles and listen to others points of views. I like to draw and paint and play on illustrator, play pc games a bit and im into long distance hiking but im not a summer hiker. To hot and to many people.

I have two service animals who are trained to do different tasks to help me. Sheena is a bit wary at first ,shes a newfie mix, and pancake just loves everyone as most golden retrievers do. They are bathed weekly and brushed frequently because they do work out in public for me and because I’m so allergic to the dogs. So no excessive fur around.
