This is a Private Room with shared bathroom with two other tenants. The rent includes all utilities, furnishings, and WiFi. Kitchen is shared as well, and it is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, toaster/oven, cookware and eating utensils. There are also microwave and refrigerator stations throughout. The building has a common laundry room with coin-operated Washer&Dryer and a coin changer/dispenser. Comom areas are cleaned everyday.

Graduate students and professionals. Very easy going and quiet. The room is in the third floor of the house and you will share bathroom with the other two tenants in that floor. Also shared Kitchen.
