Derek's room

Hi Everyone,

I have a room available in my 4 bedroom 1 bath house. It’s located in crystal right on the border of new hope. It has a 2 stall garage, a deck and a nice backyard. It is blocks always from a lifetime fitness, cub foods, and many other stores. It is right off of highway 169.

I’m a 23 year old young professional. I mainly work nights so it would be important for you to be quiet during the day. In my free time I enjoy being outside, working out, hanging out with friends, and gaming.
