The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom in Astoria, Queens, 4th floor walk-up. Located 10 minutes from the N/W on 30th, and 10 minutes from the M/R trains. Just a block away from 30th Ave, which has a ton of great restaurants and bars (plenty offering delivery until things reopen).

The apartment has a living room and a separated kitchen, both of which have large windows and get plenty of natural lighting. The room in question also has great natural light coming from a large, south-facing window. Rent would be just under $1050/month. Heat and water are included, gas/electric and internet would be split between the two of us monthly. The super lives in the building and is very attentive and responsive.

I’m a young, queer professional working in editorial for a science publisher in the city. I’m usually pretty quiet and chill when at home, and enjoy a good book, podcast, or some form of media. While I appreciate my down time, I’m pretty friendly as well; I enjoy going out for the occasional drink or dinner (when not experiencing a pandemic), or ordering in and watching a good TV show or movie.
