Hello! I will have a bright, private room that can come partially furnished with a bed frame and storage stand with a shared bathroom available beginning August 6th. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and an available parking spot.

**PLEASE NOTE: If another day in August works better for you, I am open to discussing options for another move date in August as well. If much later in August works best, or if you are looking for a Sept. 1st move-in date, please reach out to me and I would be happy to discuss a later move date as well.

I am looking for one person to rent this private room with shared full bathroom in my three bedroom, two bath comfortable condo. As mentioned above, there is washer and dryer available in the unit and a parking spot in the garage is included as well.

Condo is furnished including a fully appointed kitchen, private room has an extendable day bed frame that converts from a twin size bed to a full size bed. There are attached shelves on one wall as well as built in additional shelves. Located just below the Burbank Hills in Burbank, CA, this is an extremely safe neighborhood with sidewalks and tree-lined streets where people go running, walking or cycling and sometimes stop and chat with their neighbors. There is close proximity to major TV and movie studios, local parks, schools and the Metrolink as well as many nice restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores; including Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Ralph’s, Vons and Albertsons. There is also a local Farmer’s Market on the weekends within walking distance. The walkability score for this location is 81/100 (very walkable! :) ) Shopping areas are mere blocks away and Hollywood within a 20 min. drive. There is also easy freeway access.

About the condo: Fully equipped kitchen facilities available for use as well as washer/ dryer in unit, free wifi access, central air/ heat, personal parking space (not tandem) included in gated, subterranean parking garage and gated, secure front entrance. Unit is on the top floor so no one is living above and there are no shared walls with other units in the building. There is an elevator on the premises. Includes shared detached bathroom with one other female resident who is very clean and tidy. Bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

Room has a west facing window, ceiling light, vent for central A/C and heat and built-in shelves in the room. There is a closet with mirrored sliding doors and additional shelf as well as additional built-in shelves in the hallway.

The condo is spacious and well lit in a quiet, secured building. There is a work-out room on the building premises. A community bike room is located in the building as well.

No pets please.

The lease is month-to-month. Must have good credit and stable income. Will run credit check.

About me: I am quiet, clean, non-smoker, no drugs and enjoy writing, hanging out with friends, playing the ukulele and watching movies. I love to bake and try out new recipes. I’m a low-key individual looking to keep the living environment low stress, comfortable, conflict-free and a warm and welcoming home for everyone living here.

Having friends over from time to time (for any of the people who live here,) is nice, but always with notice. Prefer no “4th roommate” due to shared bathroom, kitchen, dining and shared living area please.

I am hoping for another female to share my condo and looking for a housemate who is clean, especially in the kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom, respectful of others’ space and belongings, honest and responsible in paying all bills on time. No smoking/ vaping of any kind, no drugs.

Someone who has a good sense of humor and some conversation from time to time with the other people living here would be great, since we’ll all be living under the same roof!
