Victoria's room

This home is centrally located in Riverview, it is in walking distance to new library, restaurants, and fitness Ctr, backyard has a pond, home is modern, Room will share a bathroom with one other tenant, who is only home basically to sleep, usually gone by 5am. Parking spot is waiting for you. : )

I have the same roomie for a year, everything is working out easy breezy, you would have shared bathroom, a living room area, and you would share the kitchen, laundry, and large patio area. This will Not be a situation where you would invite guest over. BTW, I am sure you would like living here
