Utilities include 1 GB wifi internet, central AC/Heat, washer/dryer use, electricity, water, and full kitchen use. Cleaner comes once a month to clean all shared common areas and room (if desired).

Conveniently located in North Natomas, Arena Blvd exit right off the 5 freeway. 10 minutes to the airport and downtown Sacramento.

No pets. No drugs. No smoking.

I’m a pharmacist that recently bought my first home and am looking to rent out a room (currently renting another room in the house). Pretty social and work keeps me traveling fairly often. Easy going so if you need your space won’t be an issue.
