About the room

MORE PHOTOS ARE COMING SOON, WAITING FOR CURRENT ROOMMATE TO FULLY MOVE OUT IN A FEW DAYS.

Quiet and quaint corner condo. 2 bedroom/2 baths (your own personal bathroom). All utilities included in rent. Laundry 🧺 in condo suite. Close to Central Connecticut State University, major stores, and Westfarms Mall. Healthy organic grocery stores close by, close to two parks/trails, golf course, department stores… basically everything you need is close by! Parking is available. For the winter months, there is a wonderful fireplace to cozy up and study or read a book. Average size bedroom: comfortably fits a full bed, a night stand, and small dresser. Plus 7 foot closet, and a large window.

I live a vegetarian, organic lifestyle (if you don’t, that’s not a deal breaker). No pets. No hard drugs. If you smoke, it must be done outside😎.

About the roomies

I am a very clean person, I like to keep the environment very tidy (otherwise I can’t focus, or work effectively). I am starting a career as a profesional financial wealth manger (and I am currently studying for some pretty intense exams). I am also much into cyber security and computer programming.

I studied music in college and have a bachelors in professional music: business and songwriting concentration. I play guitar, sing, and digitally produce music as well. (Don’t worry, I am VERY respectful and considerate about another’s right to quiet enjoyment). I don’t play very loud, and I have sound damping material in my room. Past roommate, couldn’t hear when I practiced. Artsy by nature, but also a nerdy bookworm.

I pay everything on time, so I can’t tolerate constant late payments. Pet peeves are a dirty kitchen (which includes inside the fridge), and lack of communication. Last roommate constantly had family and friends over every single day, which I found to be a nuisance. This is a place to relax, study, focus, and responsibly prepare for your future endeavors… NOT a party house at all.

I tend to keep to myself… but if you’re down, I’m down to watch a Netflix trending movie every now and then on the tele in the living room 😉.
