About the room
Please be vaccinated, or at least get your first shot before moving in (and agree to get the second shot at the recommended time, either 3 or 4 weeks after the first, depending on which vaccine you get). I respect everyone’s right to choose whether or not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, I just would like anyone living with me to be vaccinated.
With that out of the way, the house is a duplex in San Carlos Park. The lease will be October 1, 2021-August 31, 2022 (if you need to move in earlier, that can likely be arranged.) It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Washer and Dryer You will have the much larger, master bedroom. We share bathroom, kitchen, living area, sun room (converted lanai). No pets, per the landlord.
Approximate Monthly Cost of Bills/Person: Internet: $30 Water: $12.50 Electric: Average $47.50 (a lot of variation, depending on the season and how much the AC is used). Total: $90/month
A few other things: No smoking inside the house. Outside is okay, as long as you clean up after yourself.

About the roomies
About me: I’m a 32 year old single guy FGCU grad student (management) I’m clean, and I’d like a roommate who is, also. I’m mostly quiet. I don’t like to party. I’m more of a night owl, but I also sometimes get up early when I need to.
