I’m sad to say I will be moving out of my apartment, and need to find someone to take over my room. I’ve been in the apartment for ~5 years and I really love it. The location is perfect in Downtown Stamford. The building itself has great amenities: indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, patio/grilling area, great gym (biggest/nicest I’ve seen in an apt building), two tennis courts with lights, plenty of parking, a shuttle to the train station, etc., etc. Then, the apartment is great as it is nice and big, on the 8th floor, has a large balcony (with great sunsets), and is super quiet. You rarely hear any neighbors. Also, very importantly, you will have your own bathroom. Further, this is about the most affordable apartment in Stamford, considering everything you get.

My roommate will be staying and he is great: male, mid-30s, super relaxed, respectful, clean/neat.
