House location is near Sierra College. Hi I’m Jason a 37 year old male, roommate and I are looking for a respectful roomie. Looking for the same age bracket as us, mid 20s-late 30s. Drama free and clean is a MUST! The house stays quite as in no parties. I’m very mellow and things I look for is people who would get along and respect each other. I do have a golden doodle Humphrey who is a sweetheart (hypoallergenic).

This is a 4bdrm 3 bath house. Internet/Utilities will be included with the rent. You will get your own private restroom as well. Parking spot will be on the main street in front of the home (Street Parking). There is one room available upstairs. If your interested please let me know and if you have any questions. I plan to conduct employment verification, background check etc etc. I don’t require a long term lease, it can stay month to month. The price for the rooms will not change for your stay.
