Jefferson Commons Drive

The unit is a 3x3 and you would have your own bathroom. The rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, cable/wifi). The apartment is fully furnished but you can bring your own furniture if you want. It comes with a full size washer and dryer. I will cover your parking fee if you have a car. The complex is gated and has a pool, gym, study rooms, tennis court, volleyball court, and dog park. I had no issues living here and always felt safe. I’m only moving because of work. You will have two roommates. One of the girls I live with now is staying and she is very clean, quiet, and mostly keeps to herself. She doesn’t smoke or have any pets. She is a student and also works full time. The other room will be filled by the apartment complex, so I’m not sure who it will be. However, the complex offers roommate matching so they will do their best to meet your preferences. Most residents here are students since it is close to the university, but there are some families/working professionals as well.
