Seacrest Drive

We have one room available in our two-story home. Our home is in a gated community across from Woodward Park. Both bedroom is upstairs and is 11x11 in size. The two hall bedrooms share the main hall bathroom, but we also have a half bath located on the main floor for tenant and guest use. Roomies would have full access to the main living spaces, backyard, HOA amenities (pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts). Interested applicants will need to fill out a rental application and pass a background check. If approved, tenants will need to sign and acknowledge the rental lease agreement that will be provided. Pets negotiable and will have an additional $150 added to security deposit. Rent would be $750 w/ utilities included. PGE will be split evenly between all the occupants.

We are three working young professionals. I work in real estate and work from home. My significant other works at a software company and is currently working from home, due to COVID-19. Our roommate works full time at an office. We have two dogs and an indoor/outdoor cat. We aren’t much of partiers but will have the occasional BBQ or holiday party. We live an active lifestyle and try to spend time out of the house if possible. Ideally, we would love a roommate who is around our ages, either a student or working professional.
