Modest room with private entrance to backyard. Best suited for relaxed, introverted types. Our household is basically full of “chill nerds”, so we’re seeking a personality type that meshes well with the rest of us. If you are a gamer, nerd, anime-lover, or similar type please reach out! Rent is $575/m with a month to month agreement. This includes utilities of Xfinity internet, in-house washer/dryer, water, heat, and electricity.

Deposit is $300, refundable on moveout.

The space is shared, so we have house rules:

• All renters must respect everyone’s space and peace at all times. Zero tolerance policy for dramatics.
• All renters MUST pay rent on time. Due on the 1st of every month.
• All renters must clean after themselves. Hygiene is a required.
• This is not a party house. Good for students, professionals, people who want quiet and peace at the end of the day.
• All tenets must adhere to the house rules.
