Private apartment located at Atlantic Station (The Element Condos). 5min walk to Publix or Target. 4 minute drive to Georgia Tech campus. The condo association provides a pool and patio, grilling areas, dog park, small gym, zen garden, and garaged parking in an assigned spot. You will have a private suite with a bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. You will also have a desk in the office, just off the kitchen. The suite is furnished with a bed frame, dresser, and nightstand; just bring your own mattress. You’re welcome to use your own furniture if you’d like.

I’m a 24 year old male, graduated from Georgia Tech, and work in consulting. I have one cat, but you can have a pet of your own as well.
