Amazing property! Our neighborhood is very peaceful, theres also a great trail for hiking and running about 5 minutes away! The house gets great natural light, and our private pool is perfect for any summer day or relaxing night. House has central A/C and a washer and dryer in the garage.
About the roomies
I am an Art Director for a fashion brand as well as a Ph.D student. I travel a lot for work, however I am looking to slow things down for some projects based in LA. Our other roommate is also an Art Director for a Menswear Magazine. Both of us are artist dedicated to our craft.
