ROOM FOR RENT IN HOUSE

HOUSE The house is located in a nice neighborhood 2 main bathrooms Central AC throughout house High speed fiber internet service Leather Recliner couches and flat screen TV in the living room You get use of the washer and dryer You get full use of the kitchen fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/silverware/all appliances Filtered water is at refrigerator in the kitchen You get your own shelf(s) in the refrigerator and freezer, and a cabinet(s) for dry-goods We like to keep the main house area clean (no mess, no dirty dishes in sink). I do a basic cleaning each week throughout the main areas of the house. Floors, kitchen, and bathrooms.

THE BACKYARD There is a covered terrace area with lighting, couches, coffee table, ceiling fan

THE ROOM Private room with ceiling fan, white tile floor, and window The room is furnished with a mattress, dresser, desk, and chair. You are also welcome to bring in some of your own furniture instead. There is a lock on your room door and you get the key, although there is no need to lock your door at the house.

THE LOCATION The house is located close to 102nd ave and Sw 24th st (coral way). 1 mile to Publix grocery store, 1 mile to a gym, and 1 mile to a large strip mall/shopping center with most everything you could need. A soccer/football field and tennis court is 1 mile away. House is about 30min to 1 hr drive from downtown or southbeach depending on traffic.

IDEAL PERSON We are looking for someone who is friendly, but also respectful of people, and responsible. You MUST be clean in the common areas (clean kitchen/wash dishes after using it). This is the most important thing to live here. Any dishes left dirty in the sink may get thrown away on cleaning day. Smoking is fine outside under the terrace.

RENT: Rent includes power, water, High speed Comcast internet, toilet paper, disposable kitchen items (soap, trash bags, etc), propane for the grill, all house repairs/maintenance/yard service, and cleaning service through the main house area and bathrooms twice per week. Rent month to month. I only need a 15 day notice if you need to move. $800 deposit for good credit (fully refundable). If you have bad credit a $1000 deposit is required. Total price to move in = 1 months rent + deposit. Paying last months rent up front isn’t required. No cats, dogs, or birds. Other small pets that dont make noise are Ok (rabbit, hamster, turtle, etc).

I don’t ask for rent and deposit up front. You only pay rent and deposit at the time of move in, not before.

ABOUT US We are single working professionals in late 20’s to late 30’s age range. We are all respectful of each other’s space and possessions. We are all on a different schedule, so you almost never have to wait to use a bathroom or the kitchen. The house is almost always quiet. Sometimes a few house members will be hanging out in the terrace on the evening or weekends.
