Nooshin's room

This is a nice apartment with high ceilings, washer, and dryer in the unit. The kitchen has a granite countertop and it is located upstairs with a nice balcony with lots of sunlight. Hardwood floor throughout the place.

I am renting this place for my son and his girlfriend. They are both very kind, outgoing, and responsible. They are full-time students at Miracosta College and each have part-time jobs.
