Transit Avenue

This is a single bedroom inside of a 2 story townhome. The bedroom is the second largest in the house and has a nice sized personal closet as well. Unfortunately the room is not furnished as we just signed a lease together as group of Cal Poly Pomona Students. So we are new to the home as well. The room is $600 dollars to rent out plus a $250 security deposit. We will only rent out to students also you will be sharing the restroom with a male so another male would be preferred. All utility cost will be calculated and divided evenly.

Hi my name is Jason! 😊 I’m a pretty chill guy easy to talk to, very kind, and polite. I am a student a Cal Poly Pomona and am Majoring In Civil Engineering. I will be sharing the Master Bedroom with my good Friend Male who is doing Chemical Engineering at CPP as well. Our other Roomate is male, he is a student as well at CPP also majoring in Civil Engineering. We are very disciplined in our studies but love to chill and have a good time when our schedules are open. We’d love to meet you and discuss further on this wonderful room that we have open!!!
