About the room
There are two bedrooms. Both shared rooms. The apartment is nice. no dishwasher. Apartment is in a good area and is close to CLC college. There is a pool, dog park, large area with firepit, tables and couches. There is a small workout room for 24 hr use. The land lady is super nice. Laundry room for each building that is used with quarters.
About the roomies
There are two of us currently. Close to CLC and we are clean. Like to have fun but we are respectful. we are both 19! wifi and utlities included in the $500.
