I’m looking to rent out two 130 square feet rooms (includes their own bathroom which shared with our au pair). We also have a haft bathroom downstairs. It’s in the Happy Valley-Damascus area. The house is built in 2014. Perfect location, and I have access to the Clackamas River, walking trails, playground and a basketball court. Neighborhood is clean, safe and friendly. The room is unfurnished. We share dining room, living room, kitchen, family room with fireplace, laundry room, central AC and heater. The kitchen is full use and shared.

Everything is close: Clackamas Town Center Mall, restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, farmer market, hiking, skiing, fishing, biking, walking paths, food carts, I-205 access, and MAX.

I’m looking for housemates who are full time female professional, non-smoker, good communicator, responsible, contribute to keeping common areas clean, pay rent on time, have great references. No drugs of any type, minimal alcohol. Unfortunately, no pet allowed.

Desired rent is $730 + $100 flat utility fee (water, electric/ heat/ internet/ garbage, HOA,etc…). Background check is required. Security deposit: $800.

I am a full-time professional. I like to stay active, read and gardening when I have free time. The household includes me, my 3 yo daughter and our au pair. I like pets but currently don’t have any.
