Wilder Avenue

The apartment is nice and in a convenient area. It costs $900/month total for rent, internet, and utilities combined. The refundable deposit is twice rent, so move-in cost is $1800. It is a breezy 2bd1bath on the second floor of the building (you will have your own unfurnished room), and it is located on Wilder near Punchbowl. It only takes up to ten minutes to get to UHM, Manoa Valley, Waikiki, Downtown, Ala Moana, and Diamond Head. It includes a pool, screened lanai, and all the normal amenities like a kitchen, etc., with a fully furnished living room. It will be available on July 1st when I move out on June 30th for a job offer in California.

I’m looking for a mellow, responsible male in his 30s or early 40s to replace me when I move out. You’ll be living with my current roommate, who’s a good guy to live with. He’s an ideal pick for someone who wants a peaceful living situation with no craziness. He works full time as a contractor, and is mellow and easy to get along with. He’s in his mid-30s, is originally from Seattle, and is outdoorsy.

ABOUT YOU: -Must be on-island by the 25th at the latest, and employed with verifiable income -Must be responsible and be willing to submit to a background check -Not loud or a partier -Professional or student -No drama whatsoever! -Won’t have overnight guests unless both roommates agree beforehand -Sorry, no pets -Are respectful of shared spaces and house rules -Not messy and will keep things tidy at least
