move in date is open as soon as possible! MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT! Contract would end/be renewed at end of July. hey! we have a private bedroom with a private bathroom open! we are looking for college age roomies :) (21-26/27!) rent for the bedroom is $880 + around $35-85 for utilities (water is billed every other month). it’s a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house and is huge. big backyard and has basically 3 living rooms! (garage was converted into another room by landlord years ago) new carpeting in bedrooms, and tons of storage throughout the house. it’s right off the Genessee ave exit off the 52, by the target and reading cinemas shopping centers! also Mesa College is about a 7 minute drive away as well as UCSD being about 12 minutes away! The beaches in La Jolla or Pb are both about a 10-15 minute drive away, so it’s the perfect spot!! we have two cats in the house, but unfortunately we can’t take any other pets in the house! we are pretty clean and respectful of space. We are looking for someone who is looking for friends in roommates. We like to hang out with each other, so we’d love for you to do the same :) i can send a video of the house if wanted.

i’m a chill person, animal lover, i love spending time outside and going to the beach! i work two jobs so i’m fairly busy during the week but love being social! some of my time off work is spent with my boyfriend and our friends just down the road! i’m super clean but not super strict with it! just neat and tidy is great :) cannabis friendly, not huge on drinking but i’ll have some beers with ya :)

emily: super sweet, talkative and great to be around! she works from home!

jamie: works at a hotel and loves to chat and hang out! she’s super kind and clean as well. she’s got a sweet kitty named milo who’s a little bit of a ’fraidy cat but will warm up to you in time!
