Hello, I have a spare room to rent in our 3-bedroom home. The house is in the River District about 7-8 minutes from UNTHSC Campus and 10-12 minutes from TCU Campus. The 1652 ft2 house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs with a half bath downstairs. The house also has a front lawn and a two-car garage. There is a spacious living room and a large kitchen with lots of cupboards and counter space. There is a large pantry, several closets, and an attic all providing ample storage space. My girlfriend and I live in the main bedroom, and our friend lives in one of the spare bedrooms, but the other spare room is available to rent for $800. The room is about 150 ft2 (10’5“ x 13’3“ + closet space). The shared bath has a bath/shower combo. The house has a new washer/dryer upstairs. The downstairs area is fully furnished with a dining table, barstools, couches, TV, and piano. The kitchen is fully stocked but there is more than enough cabinet space if you have your own things. The room will be to move in on or after February 1st. Utilities (gas, electric, water\trash, internet) will be about 60-70/month per person. The townhouse is walking distance to a couple restaurants, a gas station, and the Trinity river trails

Here is a little bit about us: My girlfriend and our roommate are in the middle of their second year of medical school. They spend most of their time during the day either studying or attending class/clinic.

I am a full-time student at UTA planning to be an English Teacher. I will be taking mostly online classes, so I spend most of my time at home. When I am not studying or working, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I usually make dinner every night, but there is plenty of space in the kitchen to share.

We have two friendly indoor-only cats, Picachu and Oni. Some of our interests include cooking, anything outdoors, checking out new breweries, finding new shows to binge, and hanging out with friends.
