Magdalena's room

We are a friendly and easy-going European couple looking for a roommate for our beautiful townhouse in Rancho Mission Viejo/South Ladera Ranch. The townhouse has 3 floors and you will have the first floor entirely to yourself. You will have your own bathroom as well. You will share the 2-nd floor kitchen and the living room with me and my husband. The room for rent is the first room in the pictures. There is no walk-in closet (there is room underneath the staircase to hang your clothes) and there is a garage, but you will need to park around the neighborhood- there is plenty of parking here, so that shouldn’t be a problem. There is a one-time annual parking fee of $100 that you will have to pay for. We don’t have cable TV, but if you want to, you can get your own or we will provide Apple TV at our cost. You will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, guesthouse as shown in the last pictures. There are also gym classes, yoga in the park, hikes, monthly farmer’s market available and many other fun events provided by RanchLife such as WestFest, Rodeo, Turkey Trot, Christmas Tree Lighting etc. There is also a bar by the pool on the weekends. Rent $1250 plus utilities (around $100 a month), $500 deposit, one-year lease starting between September 1st and Sept 15th. No pets, no smoking including marijuana, no drugs. If you like the room, you will need to provide proof of income (pay stubs, W2s or bank statements), at least 3 references, driver’s license and a social security number to run a background check and credit. We’re looking for a responsible, respectful and noise-free person who has a steady job and who would like to stay with us for at least one year. I’m from Poland and my husband is from France. I lived in France before too and I am working as a French teacher in Placentia. My husband is a tennis professional. We love to travel, hike, work out! I enjoy cooking very much.
