The room will be available for July 1st or July 5th, the rent is $850 with $960 security deposit with separate utilities, which run around $50 to $80 depending on the season. About the neighborhood: The house is half block away from Kennedy Blvd with easy access to busses for New York City and Journal Square, is a 10-15min walk to the Congress Light Rail and about 20mins walk or 10 mins drive to Hoboken. 24/7 Coach House Diner and Dunkin Donuts are half block away and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, post-office and banks nearby, laundromats are block away as well.
