*Security Deposit is 100% refundable if room and everything is in good condition * Single story house, Great neighborhood in west Lancaster! The house has been recently renovated. Would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other 29 year old male. (Who is only home Sunday-Thursday) The room will include complete access to the kitchen, backyard, garage, and living rooms which are fully furnished. Clean and respectful household that gets along great! The pictures posted have items in the room, but it will be completely cleaned out and empty. One small dog is currently in the house and my girlfriend and I will be getting another small dog in July.

3 others living in the house Including myself. My girlfriend and I in the masters (both 25 years old) One other male (29 years old, only home Sunday - Thursday) We all have full time jobs, and we get along great. The house is a great, easy going, and a friendly environment.
