Movado's room

Renting a standard furnished room with walk-in closet, queen size bed, dresser, night stand and mounted tv. You will have private bathroom. WiFi and utilities included in rent. Full use of washer/dryer. There will be a contract to sign and background check. No smoking of any kind allowed and no pets.

I am an Air Force Officer. I live alone with my small dog in 4 bedroom, 2 bath home built in 2018. There is decent sized backyard and patio with seating. I am friendly, extremely clean and would expect the same from my roommate.
