Hi, I have 3 story 2 bedroom 4 bath townhouse near city park, my roommate is moving out and so I am looking for someone to replace him and move in as early as July 15th. I am super relaxed, we are both web developers so it would be a plus if you are a developer or work in tech. I play a lot of video games and have a nice entertainment system set up in the living area. We also have our own rooftop patio with furniture and barbecue. We have a 2 car garage with one space that will be yours. There is also a room downstairs that we can used for anything, I currently have a snowboard workbench and some weights down there. We have a full size working arcade machine! I am open to pets, my current roommate has a cat that he will be taking with him when he moves out. The common area is furnished, and spacious. You will actually have the choice between the master bedroom for around 1500/month or the smaller room for 1250/month. Both rooms have their own bathroom

I am a 31 year old software engineer and work mostly from home. I am born and raised in Boulder CO but I have lived in Denver for 3 years. I am super laid back, I like going out on weekends (when not quarantined) and spend most of my time playing video games, watching movies, or barbecuing on the rooftop when at home.
