Park Place

Lovely quaint room facing backyards: apartment in residential building on a cool block, located across the street from a thriving park (includes jungle gym, courts, track, benches, and tables). Items I am leaving: steel curtain rod and white cotton curtains, two beveled mirrors. Hooks. I could leave white ambiance lights that are hung on the curtain. The only thing I do not like about the property are the doors. I feel they do not conceal outside noise too well, so best to seal the door yourself, or buy a white noise canceler, or not care… and if someone is playing the tv too loud, or playing games, you can always communicate to keep the voices/sounds lower. Never been a real issue, because we communicate calmly.

Not sure who will stay or go in the next few months, but the current roomies are all white male: They’re respectful, communicative, semi-clean, organized, and good cooks. The room shares a wall with two roommates. One is more quiet than the other, because one streams video games. We are pet friendly, but at the moment, one of our roomies, has a cat name Frances, and she probably would not get along with other pets. We are edible friendly, but you’re welcome to medicate yourself on the roof. This building provides roof access for all.
