I have 1 sleep pods set up in my living room and I am renting it out for $400/month per pod. Each pod is a twin size bed, they are sleep capsule, they are very comfortable, and have built in air fan ventilation and LED light along with usb port for phone charging and WIFI. everyone here are roomate not a family. Deposit is $200. I can only rent it out 29 days at a time at $400 per 29 days. This is not permanent housing, you cannot have mail here.
No kitchen access, but you can use the microwave and wash dishes. There is a mini-fridge next to the pod, that you can use.
Free wifi, but no cables, laundry once a week, utility included, share bathroom, no pet, no couple or kids, no guest over at all sorry. One person per pod.
