I’m looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment starting September 1.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a two family home. All rooms are gorgeous with hardwood floors, spacious and fully equipped with appliances. There is a spacious living room, dinning room, large Updated kitchen, lots of kitchen cabinets and lots of natural sunlight. Washer and dryer hookups in the basement. Off street parking and extra storage in the attic. The home is located in the beautiful town of West Hartford 1.5 miles to the Blue Back Square, the Mall, grocery store, gym, and more.

Utilities are not included and unfortunately No Pets allowed. Heat: Natural Gas

Landlord requires proof of income and employment and a credit check.

I’m a 24 year old working professional. I’m clean, like to cook, bike ride, hangout at home and go out for drinks (before the shut down).
